Your cells do not do the same work all day. Daytime is biased towards energy production, performance, and handling stress. Night-time leans towards repair, autophagy, and damage control.
Splitting the routine into an AM and a PM formula lets you give different inputs at the right window: more NAD⁺ and daytime support in the morning, more repair-focused actives in the evening. It also keeps pill load lower at any one time and makes the routine easier to stick with.

VITALIZE: Take two capsules in the morning with water or coffee, with or without food. If your stomach is sensitive, take it with a light breakfast or snack.

RENEW: Take two capsules in the evening with your evening meal or shortly before bed. Aim for roughly the same time each night.

If you miss a dose, simply resume at the next AM or PM; there is no need to double up.
