6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery typically takes 2â10 business days.
Risk transfers once the carrier marks the order as delivered.

7. Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the EU/UK, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right.
This may not apply to opened food supplements due to health and safety reasons.
These rights are separate from Cellaroâs voluntary guarantee.
8. Subscriptions

Cancellation
You may cancel anytime.
To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 7 days before billing.
Processed charges are non-refundable except:

We will refund:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
